Firstly, this is NOTin Wimbledon, it's in Colliers Wood. The rest of the address is correct. I've been here many times, and am always surprised how packed and busy this place is, no matter what time of the day, I go....To me, this proves the food is good, plus I think it has many local's, who visit it, to get... Very good food, all fresh and perfectly spiced. Food is always constant and the sauces are very good although lately they have become a bit stingy. The service however can vary depending when you go. I simply go only for the food and if service is not up to standard then I just shout extra loud and make a scene... More

Excellent food, have been a few times and will continue to visit. Chicken Shawarma is the one! Garlic mayo and chilli. Happy with the service and speed, ideal for a weekend takeaway!

I always stop here when passing by. Portions are good. But there pricing is a bit of a joke. I mean £1 for a can of coke!! Anyway I usually go for the Chicken Shawarma or the Wings and Chips.

All of the food is very good, fresh always consistent and never disappoints. While there is absolutely no resemblance to "gourmet" it is after all a "kebab house" I am prepared to oversee the service just for the food and have adopted my very own middle eastern approach when visiting here I.e. Be rude, very rude be extremely demanding shout... More

The Gourmet Express is a great spot if you like Lebanese food. I had a large chicken shawarma wrap and my wife had a large falafel warp. Both wraps were big and full of flavour, the salad was fresh and the service was fast and polite. This definitely the best kebab so far in south London. Overall, highly recommended!

Ok we know you have some ok food, nothing new or special. But please try to treat your clients as people, you will have more to win. I went to eat there for the first and last time, my fork was a bit dirty so a went to ask for a new one. The guy just started screaming at me... More

This Lebanese place is the real deal. I am happy to drive across London to eat the barbecued chicken and lamb here. Great halloumi and tabbouleh also, always a pleasure to visit.

I have used this place for the last 2 years and it is always good and consistent. My fav dish is the mixed grill with rice and I love the spicy potatoes I just wish the Colliers Wood branch served the spicy potatoes.
