I have a mixed opinion of this place. The food is consistently great, but it's cramped and noisy, and the system for waiting for a table is always a pain. I keep on trying to go back when it's less busy, but it never is, which says something, I guess.

We came in after the theatre for dinner. Just wanted something simple. Ordered the main course fish with rice. It was a bit tepid by the time I received it. Bear in mind, that dishes come out when they are ready, so I was halfway through mine, before my friend had hers. We should of probably stuck to street food... More

This is a Mexican restaurant in Covent Gardens that serves tapas style and large plate options. Our service was good and the food was served quickly and was quite tasty. For 51 pounds, we fed a family of four and had two alcoholic drinks which is a good value for London.

Went here with my partner, Normal wait time for a table in central London. Food came out quick enough and overall a very delightful meal, one thing was the steak was too chewy, and not easily digestible however the other 4 dishes were spot on, and if I'm ever in London again and feeling the need for a Mexican tapas... Tasty Mexican street food. The staff was friendly, quick and helpful. The value for the price was good. The place was quite crowded, probably because of Taco Tuesday.

The family came to Covent Garden and visited Wahaca., The ambiance is bustling and noisy but at just the right level that you need to yell at your fellow diners. The seating and decor is modern and light without the inherent tackiness that often comes with Mexican restaurants. The service was brilliant with the waitress very accommodating and responsive of... We visited for a pre-theatre dinner. We have visited Wahaca a number of times and always really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. We had a few dips as a starter and both ordered Burritos for a main course. Unfortunately when the Burritos arrived they were both lukewarm/borderline cold, so we asked for them to be replaced. This took quite... More

Can't fault this place at all - we called in prior to heading off to the theatre so had a short amount of time to eat. The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and got us to a table straight away, explaining the menu and taking our drinks order. The concept of having Mexican street food in a restaurant setting...
