It looks just like another west end place with a large display of cakes and pastries. Actually it is a Turkish place. All the cakes and pastries have a Turkish twist and the place is very popular among Turkish visitors and residents.

The place is quite big, always busy. You can order authentic Turkish coffee and deserts of all sorts. I tried a few of them and they are all good. I really liked the liquid chocolate and ice cream one(you pour the hot chocolate on your ice cream yourself). I also prefer the simple coffee(I ordered a cold coffee with milk... More

Really nice place to have a cofee and some chocolate treats in central London. What is disappointing, its overpriced now. I am visiting this place since was opened and the prices gone up drastically so, I might look for alternative place. Overall, the service and the products are great.

Have been looking for salep since having it in turkey many years ago. My daughter in law tells her children it is like warm melted marshmellows. A real treat on a cold day. Their chocolates are wonderful but can be pricy as chocolate can.

A refreshing alternative to the big brand coffee houses. Magnificent choice of sweet-stuff and good quality 'Americano' coffee made for a pleasant pit-stop in a very crowded part of town.

Came here with friends on a Saturday afternoon, there was a 20 min wait for a table. This place was extremely busy but there is not much floor space so there is a long wait a for table. Staff also seem like nice people but a bit frantic/stressed out due to customer demand. I ordered a ice cream sundae type... More

A must go to place. I hadn't realised it was there in the middle of London. The traditional Turkish drink 'Salep' (dried Orchid roots) was excellent with a shot of espresso in it (not traditionally done). Staff are young and friendly, even though rush hour we were sat down in a minute, served and paid very quickly as we were... More

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
