I have a Primrose Bakery cook book so was keen to visit here whilst in Covent Garden. My sister and I were not disappointed! Great cake teamed with great customer service, win-win!

Charles was our server and was really friendly, helpful, and patient. I've been here a few times only to try to it out over a period of time, because I always thought the cupcakes, cookies, or brownies would taste better. They don't. The cupcakes are doughy. The frosting is sickeningly sweet and the flavours aren't discernible from each other. For... More

I have the primrose bakery book and thought I would try the cakes when visiting London. The shop was nice and I looked forward to eating my creme egg cupcake back at the hotel. I was really disappointed, firstly in the shop there were no information on what the cupcakes were and the cupcake was really dry and crumbly. The... More

I really want the primrose bakery to do well. The celebration cakes aren't as beautiful or as delicious as they used to be. They seem a bit dry. Please restore my faith.

Best cupcakes I have ever tasted, with prices reasonable. They have a variety of confections, but their best are cupcakes; they have daily specials as well as classics which are always readily available. MY favourite is salted caramel cupcake. Definitely recommended, and a must for me when in London.

Thank HmdNab
