I always buy the chocolate for my clients. This is my first time to have hot chocolate there. To be honest, the hot chocolate drink weren't that good taste. The cream that I don't really like it at all. £15 for 4 drinks...huh..

On Saturday we did the bean to bar experience with Harry in Covent Garden, it was a great and very enjoyable afternoon! We were warmly welcomed by all the staff and given prosecco, and then sat down to learn all about chocolate-making (we had no idea there was so much to it!). We tasted different chocolates, spoke about how it's... More

After an educational talk on where chocolate comes from she decorated a small slab and an Easter egg which was put in a bag with other chocolate goodies. Lovely activity near Covent Garden which isn't completely... More

Misleading voucher which claimed we would enjoy our treat in the conch and roast restaurant. In fact that was not the case - we had to sit in the cafe - very disappointing!!! The afternoon tea itself was paltry - my 9 year old grandson could have polished it all off in no time. I feel aggrieved that our daughter's... More

I purchased a salted caramel hot chocolate made with coconut milk (different milk options btw). It was beyond delish. I went back to have another the... More

Max was absolutely great! Very friendly, helpful and met my vegan requirements to advise me on some delicious and awesome chocolate :) I really recommend this place as all their chocolate are very nice (my friend tried some and my dad loved his pistachio and milk chocolate... chocolate). Very (VERY) varied choices ;)
