Funky interior and a great menu of American classics. We had dead hippie burgers (perfect!), fries each (portions are big so one between two would be fine for most), jalapeno poppers were OK but nothong special, Hobo beer was nice as was the hard shake (if a little pricey at £7.50 for a small cup). Really enjoyed the food but... More

Have been doing a low carb diet but on a Saturday we decided to treat ourselves to a treat cheat meal. One thing I will say is I find it odd that the meat mission in hoxton refuses to deliver to my home one mile away in EC1 via deliveroo. Thankfully the one further away in Covent garden agreed to... This was our first dinner in London. Our daughter took us here. The MEATmarket was a lot of fun and the staff was very nice. It is somewhat similar to Mooyah or Five Guys but it had a cool beer and liquor selection. The selection of hamburgers and hot doge was very eclectic. The burgers and French fries were great. The... Vegans beware. Go somewhere else. The food at MEATmarket is good, the fairly simple layout and idea is pretty easy. You observe the giant red menu, wait a while for your eyes to recover and then head up and order. Chill out and wait for them to give you a shout. There's no table booking, just rock up and find... We visited this hidden gem and thoroughly enjoyed every bite, sip and morsel of food and drink. Highly recommend the Dead Hippie Burger, Hippie fries and one of the adult milkshakes...We tried them all, no particular favorite, though the Tennessee Maple made me want to play a banjo!...The service was good and thankfully we arrived before the dinner crowd, so... I love this place; its quirky, tasty and a wee bit different. The burgers are great and the chips are a huge portion, so more than enough to share 1 bag between 2. Its a bit more expensive that other places of similar styles, but I think its worth it as its a fun wee place.

Great burger. This is my second visit and I had the hippie fries instead of the chilli fries this time. This was a mistake but still nice. Share the chilli fries with whoever you're with, they are awesome, as are the chilli poppers. I love the hard shakes in here but is it me or have they got smaller? However,... More

Have to say I've visited most of the more reputable burger establishments in the U.K. & have to say this place comes a close 2nd to Bleeker Street in London. It's more Central situated in London to the rear of the main market pavilion in Covent Garden, it's not that well signposted but if you know who they are you... More

We popped in here on a night out in london. We was served quickly and didnt wait long for the food. The burgers were amazing and the chilli cheese fries were the best we have ever had. The right amount of sauce and we could have eaten alot more. The only down side is the size of the milkshakes. The cups... More
