The place is comfortable and has chic decor but even the prices are chic... Anyway, the desserts are good value for money

Looks the part but extremely disappointing. Both the tirramasu and strawberry cheesecake don't have a lot of flavour. Staff were rude and couldn't understand them.

Went in on impulse, as the cakes in the window looked amazing. We were promptly seated by friendly staff, who took our order after we spent some time looking at the diverse menu. We ordered two pots of tea and two cakes. One of the cakes took a while, and we got the impression the order had been lost (?)... More

Popped in here for coffee, just after going to the Lego store in Leicester Square. Then we had Pancakes, and various slices of cake. Service was very good, and food was lovely and served quickly. Prices were high, but the cafe is just off Piccadilly Circus, so its what you would expect.

Popped in to recharge energy supplies. Awful staff with a bad attitude. Manager was interviewing a lady and staff were calling her. I had chocolate cake which was of a very poor standard for cost. Partner had Black Forest which was slapped onto the plate and was in pieces. Waited forever for two pots of tea. Cake eaten before they... More

Caffe Concerto is the hugest disappointment in London. The staff is crooks. When we gave them card for paying, they paid the bill for the next table with doubled amount. They refused to give back the difference of money, because we paid with card. They said that we'd get the money on our card in 3 days. It was a... More

The service was good, nice decor but it's rated average because of the overpriced cakes - the cheapest to eat in is £4.95 for a Danish pastry, some cakes were £6.95 / slice of average size. They also charge 12.5% service charge and automatically add this to your bill. A shame!

From outside, this cafe looks very inviting, especially when you look at the cakes in the window shop! 3 of us had meal in restaurant around corner and decided to go for a cake after, at cafe Concerto. If you look at the window, you will see that cakes are around £4.00. We had 3 cakes and glass of coke... More

We visited this place after a long walk. It was rainy windy evening. We wanted just some hot tea and a cake. When we entered the cafe I asked if they serve tea and the man answered "You can not just drink tea". Weird ;) So we got a table for three persons near the entrance. It was a huge... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
