Booked my reservation from the start of March 2018 to attend tonight (12/05/18) as my husband and I have been looking forward to returning after our original visit in 2016. What a disappointment it was...cocktails have slightly went down hill but as for the service...omg...More

Hi Lyd, We are so so sorry to hear that you experience on this occasion did not measure up to the high standards to which we constantly aspire. I believe the person serving you was a new member of floor staff in training. However there...More

We ordered a table well in advance, which showed to be necessary. All tables taken a Thursday night. Got a very small table which was a bit cramped. Service was slow in the beginning, and we ordered a cocktail and some tapas. A bit surprised...More

This is a nice little jazz bar with lovely decor atmosphere but it suffers from several drawbacks. Most significantly is the price of the cocktails. The choice and naming is all rather jolly, and they're spectacular to look at; but it's hard to see much...More

Yeah, you can get craft cocktails and good food in many places in London, but nobody has live jazz as good as Nightjar. You *must* make reservations because it is packed every night and nobody leaves until the music is over. It is located at...More

Hey W0nderl0st Thanks for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We always appreciate it especially when guests mention the live music as a highlight. Whilst we're often best known for our cocktails we programme 7 nights a week of live music from...More

A great place for couples or small groups to discover incredible cocktail artistry. If you have money spare there is hardly anything you cannot experience in this cozy atmosphere.

So difficult to give a helpful comment . If you have lots of money and want to spend over £100 on eight drinks on an ok venue with a twist then this is fine for you. I think it just didn’t live up to the...More

Overpriced cocktails, long waiting time, impolite staff members, not sure I can add much more to that. Average price for a cocktail £21.50 (£14 the cocktail's price, £5 for an awful music and £2.5 service charge?). Not going again.

I love this place, and go regularly. But due to the many whiny reviews I've read, please note the (clearly posted) rules of this bar: 1) YOU MUST have a reservation. There is a strict no-standing policy. They make this very clear, so people whining...More
