Went for lunch and it wasn't too busy - they had a great lunch special but they didn't offer up that menu until we asked. The food was great but the service was just okay.

Excellent Indian food, lovely place and friendly service. I had a chicken tikka which tasted like no other I've ever had. Bring your own beer, they don't serve alcohol. Highly recommended!

You have to evade the touts all along Brick Lane which makes it rather a pain. Even Aladin had a tout outside but do not know why as they were packed. Had pre booked but not sure they checked any lists. 2 of us seated in corner which was lucky as other peoples tables were pushed together to squeeze more... More

Absolutely fantastic service! Really catered for our party of 30 people! Very attentive to our needs of some vegetarians and vegans! Brilliant atmosphere! Helpful with everything including playing the happy birthday song and helping with the birthday cake!!

Downright rude to me, my wife and my 2 small children. Curry Houses on Brick Lane need to up their game before they all get turned into a Costa or a Pizza Express.

After having some lovely food which took a long time to come we were running late. We asked for the bill which was quickly added up. After leaving we realised that the 20% was not removed from our bill . Which is promised when you book up in advance. When I called to discuss this, the first person put the... More

OK experience. Tikka was quite good, dhansak acceptable. Keema nan was a bit wet. We were offered poppadoms when we went in and I think we got charged a service charge Inc. Of these. However it was late when we left and cheap enough nit to check but not leave a tip. Tight based. Rd I am!

Thank Peter B

Neighbourhood Profile
For a glimpse of Georgian and Victorian London at its most pristine, or a peek into what's apt to be the next big global trend, the hipster zone of Spitalfields can provide hours of amazement. Around the clock, this is a haven for early morning bargain hunters sizing up its street markets, foodie foragers throughout the day, or late night revelers hitting some of London's most popular bars and clubs.

Wedged between the business-minded City of London, expressly trendy Shoreditch, and zestful Whitechapel, the lines between traditional and contemporary beautifully blur in this historic East End nexus.
