If you want to drink in a traditional English pub setting, but you don't want boring malty beer, then The Harp probably has a few things on tap for you. Not a modern craft beer pub, they still will have some good stuff on tap and have been reconginzed multiple times as London pub of the year from the Campaign... More

Found this via TA and was not dissapointed. Loving a good real ale, this was heaven. Pricey, but an excellent selection and extremely well kept. Lovely decor too. Typical old London pub feel. Lots of old portraits adorn the walls with an array of ale badges over the bar take you on a trip down memory lane. There is a... More

Looked up 'Real Ale Pubs Near Me' on Google and came across this. Happy we did. Boyfriend had a good choice of hand pulled taps! Will remember to come back! 🖒

Not overly large but the downstairs at least is everything I think a good British pub should be like. Heaps of character and an excellent selection of ales. Obviously a popular 'watering hole' it can feel quite cramped quite quickly. Worth a visit.

The Harp doesn't look like much from the outside, but they earn high marks from an excellent selection of beer and ale. Reading the other reviews, I'm sorry we didn't try the food or upstairs, so I can't speak about them. The place is definitely not striking and quite cramped, but the outstanding drinks along with good company make you... More

I wanted to find a traditional London pub which served a properly poured Guinness (you Guinness drinkers out there know what I mean by that). I was lucky to have The Harp only a stones throw from my hotel. This is what I pictured in my mind if I was to look in an encyclopedia (remember those?) under "British pub".... More

I've been coming to the harp for years and can honestly say it's one of my favourite establishments in London. Good beer, good atmosphere and all at a resonance price. What more do you need?

We saw the great reviews here and popped in on a day trip to London. The place was just what we wanted: a traditional, real ale boozer! (It was even doing Titanic Plum Porter, which made my day!) We'll be back.

Friendly London pub, with an amazing selection of ales. The staff are very good and helpful. Although to get a seat inside is rare, the amount of outside space the pub has for a central London location is amazing.
