What a great place. Great staff, wine and very, very tasty food. If your out and about in London, you should look this place up.

We found this place a few years ago and it’s now the Ho to tapas, we like the atmosphere and it is priced fairly for good food.

Lovey little find! Had never been there before and only did as a friend suggested it as somewhere to meet. Very relaxed atmosphere, cool decor, the food was good, the wine goes down well, Staff were nice and surprisingly it wasn't over crowded, which I...More

This is one of my most favourite tapas restaurants. The food is delicious and the gins look fabulous! I love the atmosphere as it feels like you could be in a lovely bar tucked away in a corner of Spain. The staff are lovely and...More

Very dark in the inner recesses and patchy service. One meat and one cheese platter, two beers and two glasses of house wine - £90. Insufficient bread and olive oil - these had to be replemished three times. The company compensated for the slightly lacklustre...More

Dear Sm0ky , Thank you for visiting The Port House. Your review has confused us as we genuinely feel that we are good value for a restaurant in central London and more importantly your calculation of £90 doesn’t add up. Please see below for correct...More

My colleague and I went for dinner at The Port House on a Thursday evening. We had a 10 minute wait before getting a table upstairs. Upstairs was quite dark and intimate which is cute. Everything we ate was fantastic! My new favourite tapas in...More

Went there based upon Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. We arrived about 7pm and there was a queue for tables. It only took about 10 minutes before we were taken to one. The restaurant is long, narrow and dark but our table...More

I cannot comment on authenticity but on a visit with a friend we had tasty food, excellent wine (glasses of white and red Rioja) and a relaxing experience. We shared 4 tapas dishes and particular loved the prawns in garlic and the cannelloni. Finished by...More

We stopped in without a reservation for an early supper one evening. Staff was super helpful and let us in, saying it was fine as long as we were out in 3 hours before a different reservation came (seriously, not a problem at all). We...More

What a fantastic place to eat. We were seated at the bar until a table was free, called in 10 mins as promised. The food was amazing both in tapas selection and quality. Staff were so friendly and happy to help with plenty of water...More

I concur with the other replies, call them. It is a fairly small establishment and if I recall they do not take bookings for small parties, but the staff are very helpful so ring them.
