The place itself is quite nice (location is great), however, the menu and the portion sizes for the money you pay are pretty poor. Would be great to see vegetarian/vegan options available as well.

Good food, love the salads! Quick, professional and a lovely atmosphere. Had the chocolate cup cake and it was incredible. Only wish they could be there every time I go in.

Found this place by accident and originally just thought we'd have a coffee but once we were inside we decided to have a brunch, fabulous freshly made food, great choice of simple tasty meals, Friendly and very helpful staff.

The cafe is located on a corner in a nice location and should have more customers than they seem to be having. First time we visited was shortly after moving to the area as we were looking for dinner. They were serving veggie curries to...More

Cornerstone is the breakfast destination. One of the best varieties I've seen in any cafe. It's become my guilty pleasure. You could make your own breakfast after a night out...or you could go to Cornerstone and know it'll be all taken care of. It has...More

We had brunch here and while the food was decent enough, tasty and good portion sizes, the staff were ridiculous and made us feel like we were taking up space (even though we were paying customers). We'd barely left the fork and knife down on...More

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
What is the extra booking fee for the soh Marie supper club events? Is it a deposit which can be deducted from the final payment or is it a card charge or some form of service charge? It seems a bit odd.

Hi, i am sorry but we simply rent SohMarie the space and have no other involvement with her supper club. Please contact her directly for answers. The Cornerstone Cafe.
Do you have full disabled access? Do you have free wifi? Do you allow children and or well behaved dogs? Do you have a dress code? What are the nearest parking facilities? Do you sell any alcohol?

The Cornerstone Cafe is based on the historic Royal Arsenal in Woolwich. Our aim is to provide a friendly, well designed cafe catering to the demands of the local residential and business community. To us this means great coffee, a wide variety of loose leaf teas and British made cold drinks. On the food front we make nearly 100% of our delicious food in house. We've a lovely deli section which can be eaten in or taken away throughout the day including many delicious cakes. We have cooked breakfasts through to 3pm and hot meals until 3pm. We do takeaway ready meals throughout the week (just need to heat up at home. At the weekend we do Brunch throughout the day on the Saturday and on Sundays until 3pm. Our menus are on the website. Free WIFI, child friendly and always ready to help. Cafe design by Paul Croft Studios.
