Dinner was perfectly acceptable. Starters of ribs where tasty enough. Vegetable spring roles were adequate but not special. Main course of honey bbq pork was nice but lacked heat. The Pho wasgood but arrived really late. 🍺 wascold though. Service was friendly but not stellar

As a couple of tourists from the most far flung corner of the British Empire we were staggered to observe the cost of hotels and meals in London. With our exchange rate everything was about 90% more expensive than Melbourne suburbs. Interestingly perhaps our neighbouring...More

I’ve eaten here many times in recent years, drawn back by the usually fresh and authentic Vietnamese food. Last night however my girlfriend discovered a live maggot on the table next to the plate of summer prawn roles that we’d just eaten. We alerted the...More

Wanted something soupy on a chilly day so came here. Ordered a pho and it was hot & tasty. Simple and satisfying, would come back for my comfort food.

I had a traditonal Vietnames soup Pho with chicken. It was fine, but nothing extra. Four tables outside on the sidewalk was great on a sunny last summer day.

I've been there before and it was good, but this time standards had slipped. My food had to go back twice to get it heated, and the rice was still stone cold. The atmosphere is cheerful enough, and the soups are OK, if basic.

The mango salad was excellent, the beef pho lacked depth of flavour. However a trip to the loo means traipsing downstairs and this was in need of a good deep clean and moving all the stuff on the staircase.

Admittedly I didn’t choose well. The £12.50 set lunch menu actually has more choice than appears at first glance including not just one pho noodle but any traditional pho noodle (supplement for seafood) and any baguette/bun. I opted for a prawn pancake as a starter....More
