Taste was good, especially shrimp, which those dishes were Sichuan (I bet), with good enough size. Service was excellent. But I did not have idea why it was not full during lunch time as it located as quite closer to Victoria Station

My favorite Chinese restaurant in London. We love the crispy duck and the fried seaweed appetizer. We dine here every time we are in London. I used to come here with my father 20 years ago and now I bring my children here. Highly recommend it.

Pleasant, well run and authentic Chinese food. The favourite was the duck and some of noodle dishes. The restaurant was busy but the service never faltered and the manager was very amusing. A great evening!

Popped into Ken Lo's Memories Of China early on a Friday evening prior to a visit to the theatre to see Wicked within easy walking distance. Top quality Chinese food with an emphasis on good service, the manager/proprietor clearly taking a prominent lead front of house. We started a couple of scrummy soups: Chicken & Asparagus Shanghai Fish and Crabmeat... More

Raymond and his team run an excellent Chinese/Cantonese restaurant. I had the Chicken and Sweetcorn Soup, Hang Chaw Rice, Chicken and Cashew Nuts, Honey Roast Pork. All excellently cooked and served. The venue is smart and a lovely place to eat. The clientele are well heeled and polite and the staff excellent. It's a lovely part of the city, if... More

I first went to Ken Lo's soon after it opened in the 1980,s and for many years it was a beacon of excellent Chinese food in Belgravia. Good for business meetings and great for joyeous family gatherings. Yesterday i went there for dinner with my wife for the first time in nearly six years; I booked but need not have... More

A small group went for a celebratory meal and the food and service are very good with attentive staff and dishes freshly if not imaginatively prepared. However, it does feel a little traditional and complacent with all the dishes you would expect but little new and not such good value for money

Memories of China is still the best Chinese food in London. The food is great- the service outstanding and their staff fabulous. It continues to attract the affluent locals as a great neighbourhood restaurant and is buzzing even at 6pm. You must book to ensure a table. It really is that populate.

Description
Ken Los Memories of China restaurant in London is a legend in its own time. Never was a high-end, tasteful, lively, genteel restaurant so perfectly suited to its location as Ken Los suits Belgravia. Near the West End and Westminster to attract high-flying corporate and ministerial types, Ken Los is mostly a favourite neighbourhood restaurant for well-heeled diners who adore the Westernised Chinese menu, Jeevesian service, white table linens, fresh flowers and blissfully-chosen wines. Signature dishes are many, including five-spiced spare ribs, quick-fried courgettes stuffed with minced prawns, Mongolian barbecue of lamb in lettuce puffs, Sichuan double-cooked pork. Ken Los Memories of Chinas lobster set menu is a favourite, too.

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
