I recently visited Arcadia once again after a long time. Nothing has changed when it comes to food and service. Food was absolutely amazing. I had burrata and tomato as a started, homemade chestnut pasta with mushrooms and truffle oil and delicious Tiramisu for dessert....More

Wandering around the area for somewhere to eat we could have chosen tried and tested and well known - instead we went to Arcadia and I am really pleased we did. Friendly attentive staff, nice ambiance a decent house wine and crucially great food. I...More

My Italian friend recommend this restaurant as it's his favorite Italian restaurant in London. Conveniently located walking distance from the High Street Kensington tube station, the food here was delicious. Service was provided by caring servers who spoke fluent Italian.

I recently visited Arcadia, the portions were on the small side as I got the spaghetti bolognese with cod, however the food was great so did make up for this. I also had the cheesecake which was perfect so Arcadia is somewhere I will be...More

Accidentally stumbled on Arcadia looking for Prezzo. So much better. Friendly, with a great atmosphere. Not cheap at £83 for two of us but we did have 3 courses plus coffee and a glass of wine. The food was as close to perfect as I...More

Visited for a late lunch on Mother's Day. Beautiful decor and charming, efficient service. Food was of a standard that you would expect to receive in Italy and the wine list was impressive, including my favourite from a recent trip to Italy. My new favourite...More

We visited here on a Sunday afternoon. It was a toss up between here and the Italian restaurant, which was part of a chain opposite. This looked interesting and we liked the decor. The staff were pleasant and we were soon served. There was a...More

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming

An eccentric Italian restaurant in the heart of Londons upmarket Kensington, Arcadia is a welcome change from the hushed atmosphere and all-white dcor of the areas usual dining offerings. Bright and outlandish, the surroundings here at Arcadia are anything but neutral, with murals on the walls, quirky colour schemes and character aplenty. Likewise, the service is friendly and cheerful, the staff laughing along with guests as they dart from table to table, serving food and topping up wine glasses. Arcadias bustling kitchen is the origin of an all Italian menu of authentic classic dishes, all with a homemade, traditional flavour with most items made in house, including the fabulous hand-prepared pasta featured in a wide array of the dishes. A bit of a hidden gem amongst the many typically Kensington-friendly restaurants, the Arcadia is packed with personality and authenticity, providing its guests with an always memorable fun and colourful dining experience including high quality food, a good selection of drinks and a relaxed atmosphere.
