Used a Groupon voucher to eat here. The deal was ok and had I not had the deal would have not been impressed. Guy was nice enough but the food was basic and clearly frozen and processed. The houmous and flatbread was a winner but the beef patties were odd. There are lots of restuarants and they need to up... More

I dined at the Karaam last Saturday... It was a bit of an odd experience. Firstly we tried to order two dishes from the menu but were advised they had stopped selling them a year ago (why not update the menu then)? The food itself was tasty and plentiful but every time we ordered more drinks they came in different... More

I made an order from that place and it was supposed to be ready to pick up in 20 minutes, however instead it took 45. Then the food which we got was really cold, I have no idea what were they doing for so long time if they have us cold food after all.. Further, the portion in the meal... More

We have had delivery by Deliveroo twice from here and not again. The food is ok, not great, but portion sizes are ridiculously small and food not hot enough. Ordered and paid for extra garlic and chilli sauces and tahini, each pot had about one teaspoon of sauce in and was about one fifth full. Quantity of other starters and... More

Came across through Groupon so bought one as handy location for a catch up with my son after work. Greeting and Service was lovely. Food too was lovely which came a couple of mezze at a time which was nice to not have all at once. Deal was with a glass of wine each but they were happy for us... More

We usually go their sister Resturant down the road in Ealing Common and always find it very good. Food, service and ambience all good in my opinion. Unfortunately not the same in this establishment. Lebanese Cuisine worth trying once but we wouldn't come back to it. Deco Ok. Service acceptable. We were there on valentines evening.

My Mum and I celebrated our birthdays there. I had a starter ful madames (broad beans in a garlic and olive oil dressing) with pitta bread and then vegetarian moussaka and rice. My mother had lamb stew with French fries. We both enjoyed our food and the service was good. They still serve freshly squeezed orange juice.

Service wise was great. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. We had a special lunch for our close friends' wedding. The starters were good and variety, bread was very fresh But main dish was bit blant and no variety but kebab only. Dessert were a plate of little tiny slices of 4 kinds baklava .

Karaam, which translates as 'generosity', is a trait that this bright, modern Ealing restaurant displays in everything from its congenial atmosphere to the lavish Lebanese cuisine on its menu. The well-appointed dining room is spacious and welcoming, with a mixed crowd of business and leisure diners sampling traditional dishes including five spice lamb and chicken shish taouk. There is belly dancing on Saturdays.
