Staff was rude, food was overpriced, got my order wrong, small meat portion. They charged me more because they got my order wrong. Never going here again.

Hi apologies for the late reply / no you can't, just turn up. However they turn tables pretty quickly - suggest trying to grab earlier meals, shorter queues. Like Say 530 for dinner etc, enjoy the scrummy duck
