My new favourite restaurant in London. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Great variety of dishes. Very relaxing setting.

I love to dine at Scotts for the pure quality of the food and excellent service. My visit last night was no exception. Despite it being a Thursday the restaurant was absolutely full. They found me a seat at the bar after about 15 minutes....More

The service remains impeccable. The dining room is as beautiful as ever. Oysters from many destinations were exquisite. The big disappointment was the Turbot. The fish looked lovely but it was absolutely flavourless. A bearnaise sauce was served with it. It was thick and not...More

Had dinner with some friends in this swanky upmarket restaurant. It feels like a place where the rich and famous would eat at; a well-known English actor was seated at the table next to us. The restaurant lived up to her reputation as the place...More

Beware of "reservation" at Scotts. Had a terrific experience at Scotts on our first visit. Liked it so much that we booked again for our anniversary 10 days later. We requested the same table and dining room for our second visit. When we arrived for...More

The food was OK. The service was OK. I don't have anything to complain about but nothing we had or the service didn't blow us away

I'm Chinese, they brought me hot water, even if I didn't ask for it. Plus, they find some place to charge my computer. Polite server, a little bit expensive though

Despite being set out like a brasserie the restaurant has a good level of noise and it is possible to carry on a normal conversation even when the place is busy. Food is well cooked and presented with a great selection of seasonal fish and...More

We went to Scott's on Valentine's Day. They didn't have a special menu but the a la carte variety has to be highlighted. Starters, main course and desserts were outstanding. The interior is very traditional and offers enough space to have a private conversation. It...More

Set beside some of London's best parks and home to
world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed
thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of
London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is
haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is
vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic
streets will reveal that Michelin stars and
chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even

Originally an oyster warehouse, Scott's has been serving up its legendary seafood since 1851. A conveniently short walk from Green Park and Bond Street tube stations, this Mayfair mainstay uses burgundy leather banquettes and subdued lighting to create an air of old-school elegance which reflects the restaurant's chic clientele. Designed by Martin Brudnizki and highlighted by the exquisite bar topped with onyx and finished in stingray skin, the revamped interior of Scott's still carries the 1960's glamour of yesteryear. Traditional fish and seafood dishes dominate the menu, although seasonal meat and game make an appearance. Atlantic Halibut, Dover Sole and Lobster have proven to be popular choices, and there is also a Roasted Shellfish platter for two to share. The famous oyster bar with its three-metre crustacean display offers a more relaxed dining area and there is also an art deco-style private dining room, ideal for canapé receptions, press launches and private celebrations.
