My mum and I took my Grandma for high tea for her birthday. The savoury food was lovely but the scones was a little disappointing they fell apart in my hand. Good value for £21 though as you also get a pot of tea and...More

My daughter and I always go here for a coffee before or after seeing something opposite at the RA. Went in today, not busy, ordered 2 Americanos , my cup arrived only half full, and had slopped over the side, called waitress who instead of...More

I have visited 'The Parlour' at Fortnum and Mason at least twice a year on a whim whilst shopping. For some reason their coffee mocha is always lukewarm; I have ordered on two or three separate occassions and the beverage is almost cold. On one...More

Just [06.09.2017] visited The Parlour (1st floor Fortnum & Mason) and as always staff are really polite, professional and attentive. The food is always second to none, fresh and flavoursome with particular attention paid to dietary requirements. Brilliant restaurant for lunch and ice creams and...More

I have never been in Fortnam and Mason despite my many visits to London. The shop is an absolute delight with helpful staff and a wide array of delicious foods. I decided to visit The Parlour for a coffee and ended up having pancakes with...More

Beautiful place, good sweet deserts, excellent service. The decor was perfect for a family visit with kids; it was a perfect "no frills" family afternoon tea.

Very disappointing afternoon tea so I would not recommend the Parlour to anyone. There are so many good afternoon tea places in London that you will do far better elsewhere.

Disappointing. Slow service, expensive prices and average menu. Not what you'd expect from F&M to be honest but I've never eaten in any other of their restaurants for comparison. Scones were tiny, ice cream sundae was so so. Go only if you want to brag...More

Set beside some of London's best parks and home to
world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed
thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of
London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is
haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is
vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic
streets will reveal that Michelin stars and
chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even

You gotta be joking - dress code at The Parlour - a kitchen table with place mats and most uncomfortable chairs - and nothing special at all about the place. Maybe there was, once upon a long time ago - not in the present

I don't think that they do a classic afternoon tea in The Gallery, but the Afternoon Menu does have something called Piccadilly Tea. Take a look at their website - unfortunately you cannot post links!
