Very very poor customer service and food quality is declining. When it comes to payment on several occasions they visibly discriminate customers and refusing to take card payments blaming poor network or machine break down while you can see them taking other payments. I was there with my friends yesterday only to ruin our get together on their bad customer... More

I would recommend an even training for all the stuff! Me and my boyfriend are frequent quest of this restaurant, our last visit was spot on regarding food and service (two lovely ladies served us). Unfortunately it has occurred a couple of times that service was extremely slow and we had a feeling of being ignored. From the other hand... More

we have eaten in several cities at Ethiopian restaurants. Normally warm people, embracing foreigners and happy to see them embracing their food and culture. at this place something is not right. The attention was sloppy. there were plenty of available tables nonetheless, we were sat at table close to the bathroom?. the food not as expected.

First time I had Ethiopian food and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, the service was quick and friendly and the decor was funky. If you want to try something different I would recommend this place. Enjoyable night. The price was good, I thought it would be more expensive considering the location.

I stay in London every week on business and went for a walk on a Monday night looking for somewhere new to eat. I noticed this restaurant was very busy for a Monday night so gave it a try. Food was good - with fair portions at fair prices. Service was prompt and friendly. Will return.

We ate a mixed dish of four types. Very tasty and spiced. The waiter was ethiopian and told us the food was made like in his country. He wasn't the only ethiopian hired there. We appreciated these because we wanted to eat something different, specific to Ethiopia.

Despite reviews to the contrary I found service to be quick, friendly and patient. The menu isn't the most expansive of Ethiopian cuisine; however what was on offer was amazingly flavourful. Somewhat pricey without combination menus but overall very good.

The food was okay, but the service terrible. To say there was a chill in the air was an understatement. The staff seemed to just 'exist'. Service was slow, they forgot things, and never seemed interested in interacting i.e. for further drinks orders, to ask if everything was okay etc. When a member of our party asked for some insight... Pleasant atmosphere, decor is interesting and food enjoyable. Service a bit slow but polite. No cutlery, traditional style of sharing a meal.

I've not eaten Ethiopian before so don't know if this was authentic or not. But I liked the way of eating with you hands. The sharing of a big plate between you was fun too and as we went just the two of us it was nice for the date feel to the evening. The lamb was lovely, the chicken... More
