Andrew Edmunds restaurant serves delicious English food in a cozy atmosphere. A little off the beaten path, but definitely worth finding. Good wine list, enjoyable staff, leisurely dining. Is on my return list when in London. Reservations are a must.

Yes it's a bit of a squeeze but the food and wine are good and there are great staff. It is a fun place to eat good hearty food. Wild garlic soup, seared lamb which was hunky and wholesome. Then a panna cotta with rhubarb...More

Traditional Soho. Might not appeal to fussy gastronomes but everything is there - tradition, perfect casual service, perfectly cooked and presented food (English/ European) excellent wine list . Service may at times be slow but the wait is well it. Booking essential.

Andrew Edmunds is new to me but my brother has been coming here for thirty years. Upon first glance it has the appearance of a second hand book shop, situated as it is in a charming Georgian townhouse in the heart of Soho. The interior...More

I stumbled upon this restaurant due to Mildreds being full (as usual). I was so impressed, my Nan who is vegetarian, myself and my cousin had the most splendid meal! The wine was just the house red wine and it was bloody gorgeous! Go basically.

I would recommend downstairs just because guests arriving and leaving pass through the tables upstairs and therefore feels less intimate.

Established 1986, Andrew Edmunds is considered one of the last bastions of 'old Soho'. This 18thc. town house has, for almost thirty years, attracted many loyal customers. A relaxed atmosphere, seasonal menu and famous but reasonably priced wine list have ensured our enduring popularity.
