Awful awful and I yes I mean awful food no taste whatsoever !! Poor choice too. Staff were abrupt and tried to sit us with another table of two people which is not ideal when we wanted a romantic meal. We refused much to the delight of the other couple too ! Just not worth the money or time

We were hunting for somewhere in China town to eat, everywhere had a 45 min wait apart from this place As we walked in we witnessed, to our horror, a couple being asked to finish their food and leave so that new customers could take their place. Disgraceful. Didn't even offer the couple a discount after they complained The food... More

It was kind of our own fault: looking for somewhere in Chinatown to eat Chinese, we thought we'd go for the one that was the cheapest & which had the added cachet of being an all-you-can-trough place. We have one in Hereford (Planet Buffet), which is pretty good... this one, though, wasn't. Yes, you can take as much as you... More

Looking for a reasonably priced meal in Chinatown led us to eat at the Hong Kong Buffet. It was a mistake. It is an eat all you like, but there was little to tempt me. What I did have was very average at best and poor quality at worst. The place felt as though tourists were just seen as money... More

Food was cold and horrible, wasn't much food to choose from. Staff were extremely rude, tried forcing us out of the restaurant. Lastly, too over priced for the rubbish and poor quality food. Wouldn't go again.

For £11.95 + 10% service you have a fairly average unlimited buffet. The main courses, rices and noodles are as displayed in the window. There are also two lacklustre soups, while desserts are orange slices and mango custard dessert. All a bit dingy, the loos in particular. You can get buffets from £7.95 nearby, but they tend to be just... More

We were attracted by the all you could eat buffet on offer, we are very familiar with this from our home city of Sheffield where it offers good value. Not only was it very dirty and shabby inside, they used plastic plates and offered only fork and spoon to eat with. Wot no chop sticks? The food was mediocre, our... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
