A great spot for real Italian on Walworth in Elephant and Castle. The food from appetizer to main course was very very good and well presented. the service was also very good with solid recommendations and attentive staff. The atmosphere was enjoyable and overall it was a great place to spend some time recharging after a very long day!

I've been to La Luna on a number of occasions and it never disappoints! With a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, lovely staff and delicious food, you can't go wrong with this restaurant. I've tried both the pizza and pasta dishes and they're ALWAYS packed with delicious flavours (the garlic bread, carbonara and the chilli prawn penne have been my absolutely... More

This is the best italian restaurant I ever tried in my first month in London. Good prices, good food, and the location looks like a real italian restaurant/trattoria. 5/5

This is a lovely local restaurant. I first had a pizza here twenty years ago and remembered it so fondly that I recently travelled back to the area to see if it is still as good. It is! Still very friendly service, good prices on the drinks and the pizza is just fantastic. If I lived locally again I would... More

The pizza here was fantastic and very cool to see it being cooked. Staff were polite and attentive to our needs. All was going well until a lady came in and an argument broke out between staff and said lady. An interesting experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the pizza and wine which is very good value for money!

Went here on a recommendation from my sisters girlfriend... What a treat. Started with a cocktail for me and sis and wine for her indoors. Somehow the drinks were ordered incorrectly (our fault) but we ended up with the wrong one as well. Next an espresso martini and some drink with gin and basil (we then started to call the... More

The best pizzas in London - a great, unpretentious and reasonably priced local Italian. We live nearby and have been going here for about 5 years. The pasta is also very good - can recommend the seafood linguine and the vongole. Are always a couple of interesting specials on the menu too. Staff are very friendly - Antonio and Silva... More

Situated on Walworth Road, La Luna is a real treat if youre looking for authentic Italian food and a welcoming atmosphere. This small family-run restaurant is popular with South London locals who make the short trip from Elephant and Castle and Camberwell to take advantage of the modestly priced menu. The rustic dcor and friendly service makes it an ideal setting for lunch with friends or mid-week dinners with the family. On the menu, there are classic Italian pastas and delicious crisp-based pizzas that the kids will love. Popular dishes include the sirloin steak in a red wine and mushroom sauce; and the seafood risotto.
