The inside is made of reclaimed bricks with doors used as a ceiling. Nice atmosphere. Small 'smokers' terrace.Clean facilities. Good range of beers.

Love this place, beer good too. Friendly atmosphere in pleasant surroundings with reasonable prices. Who could ask for more.

Visited in February with friends. The Maltings is a quirky little pub with a good selection of beers. Well worth a visit when in York.

We weary travellers popped in for a drink and it was lovely. Really cosy and interesting with a good selection of craft beers. We didn’t stop to eat but I would come again.
