Looks nice, clean and friendly staff. The chips were okay, but the fish was overcooked and the batter was heavy and burnt.

The Arctic Fish Bar serves excellent Fish ' Chips. It's the best chippy in Chippy*. There's no restaurant, you can't dine there, but if you fancy a fish 'n chip takeaway you'll find none better. * Chippy is what the locals call Chipping Norton.

The smallest portion of fish and chips in England. Average, better than the grease trap up the road. I guess the bar I set pretty low here.
