So you walk into a dimly lit pub and turn into another seating area.. and in the back somewhere there is a door that leads to this beautiful little garden with a massive brick wall behind! The food is scrumptious and food is quite reasonable! The staff is courteous and helpful. Do try the Tempura Vegetables with a Sweet Chilli... More

Visited tonight for a beef waiting for a bus . Attentive staff that need to understand English better . I still don't understand the importance if pouring beer into a branded pint glass when any glass would do !

Called in here for a quick drink on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Sat in the beer garden for an hour. Quite surprised at the cheap prices of the drinks. We saw the food that kept coming out and it looked amazing, so we made the decision to come back for dinner. Later that evening we returned and ordered food. We... More

Small pub with Thai restaurant. On our visit, clientele were rough, drunk, loud, tattooed, older men and we did not linger!

I eat Thai food about once a week or so, and this Thai was the best I have ever had!!! It was so delicious, we got an app, main dish and a dessert and all great. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

Old world charm. Centre of the city. Good real ales. Dining area at rear with good menu of Thai dishes. Unusual combination that works surprisingly well.

We had visited this restaurant, in the past, twice before and always had a good meal. However, our last visit on January 17, 2017 was a disaster - both in terms of quality of food & service. As soon as sat down the server asked us for our order! The menu nearly 50 items - it takes some time to... More

my friends and i visited yesterday for lunch, as we always do when we catch up every few months. We ordered and lunch arrived within a few minutes. The food used to be steaming hot, packed full of flavour. However we were extremely disappointed this week, the food was bland, dry and a huge disappointment. I will not be returning... More

It would have been 5 had Eric Clapton started playing about 3 mins earlier... Joking asides this is a really nice place to go for a quick pint before continuing your visit is Oxford, or after concluding your visit.

We spent two nights in Oxford and ate at The Old Tom on both nights as we enjoyed the first night so much. Good food that is well presented. The Chicken Pud Thai was well worth the money.
