If you're a tea and scone lover like me, you should give this place a try. They serve the best homemade scones and their selection of teas gives China a run for it's money . Mr Telford's Afternoon Tea is a firm favourite! My go to place when visiting Ironbridge.

The location of picturesque Ironbridge in Shropshire is packed with cafes and restaurants so each one has a lot to do to ensure its success. The tea emporium manages this easily by creating a nice little gift shop selling teas, jams and pickles alongside a small cosy café. The interior is alas only small but on a nice day there... More

Staff were welcoming and friendly and deserve 4*. Value for money, average for what you got 3*. However, the table covers were dirty. The floor was full of crumbs. The walls were caked with damp & mould. Some people may think the cobwebs and dust were part of the ambience, but I'm afraid it just came across as grubby 1*.... More

Stopped here for some lunch and turned out to be a good choice. Polite staff and a good choice of food. I had the ham egg and 'chips'. The chips turned out to be fried potatoes - much better than normal chips, which they don't do! Reasonable prices but could get busy at holiday times of the year, so be... More

Nice central location overlooking the Iron Bridge. Charming tea room with friendly staff and good service. Extensive selection of teas and coffees. Toasted teacake with cheese was excellent.

Popped in for a coffee and light lunch - we had a halloumi salad and beef stew - mains about£7. Both were really tasty and the service was v. quick! Had the Victoria sponge and a fruit scone... they were lovely! So would definitely recommend this place. I've been told the tea was as good as that in Betty's tearooms-... More

This is the place to go if you want a classic tea room with old charm. They have a fantastic selection of loose tea that you can also no buy to take home. For coffee lover's they serve Jamaican blue mountain which is really a treat. Food is good and reliable without gimmicks. They dont have a huge selection of... More

I visited here with my partner a couple of weeks ago, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. My partner is gluten intolerant, so we were given a separate menu to choose from and were very happy with the choice compared to every other coffee shop in the area. My partner is difficult to please and the waitress remained smiley... More
