In the past I have been no lover of Quiche, after trying their own home cooked effort today they have converted me, it was absolutely delicious. We will be back.

In a tiny cafe upstairs in an end terrace in Ironbridge we discovered this gem of a cafe. It's hard to describe but it feels like something from a precious past where there is a camaraderie, a gentle respect for people and food. We sat and read Sunday supplements and feasted on the most delectable leek and potato soup with... More

Such a quirky little place. The staff were absolutely lovely and the cake was scrumptious. It had a good range of coffees to choose from. Definitely will be back

First time here today. Decided to visit as listed as number 2 on TripAdvisor for restaurants in Ironbridge. It's a very small quirky place, funny little tables and chairs. Service is really good and friendly. Food was or I should say is fantastic. I had a yummy Thai noodle soup while my wife had pastrami & smoked cheddar sandwich. Both... More

We returned after a few months absence to the usual welcome from the team. We had coffee and toast, and cake to take away. Coffee usual strong complex flavour and marmalade sharp and sweet, (not quite as good as the usual homemade). For the cake we chose frangipan. It amazes us how they get it so light. As usual we... This café does a variety of light lunches that are completely different to what you find anywhere else in the area. They use a fantastic array of vegetables to prepare creative quiches, tortillas, salads and soups. Ah but don't be fooled they are no necessarily vegetarian. The also serve food with meats. We recently have deli type sandwich with pastrami,... More

We arrived in Ironbridge and asked in one of the museum shops for a lunch recommendation. And how glad we are that this place was recommended. We are both vegetarian and there was plenty of choice of us. We shared between us a black bean quesadilla and a halloumi salad. The halloumi salad was everything a salad should be... colourful,... I stumbled onto this place when I saw the coffee and sandwiches sign in the street. I went upstairs and saw the array of cakes and on the hob was what looked like a huge, bulging vegetable pie. "Straight out of the oven" the girl said and I asked for a piece. Now, it was 11.30 and not quite lunch... More
