We called in for lunch on a Sunday 290418 and when we arrived we were told that the cafe had stop serving food as they had been very busy and were going to start serving again at 13.00pm. We had arrived at 12.15 and the...More

Thanks for your comments RogerLowestoft. Had you arrived at a restaurant in a similar position you would simply have been told they were fully booked and been turned away at the door with absolutely no choice in the matter. But you arrived at my cafe...More

Great farm shop with some interesting items. Decided to drop in for a cuppa & scone. As it was a sunny warm day we sat in the garden and very pleasant it was too watching the birds on the feeders. The icing on the cake...More

Dropped in after visiting the next door antique centre. We ate ham eggs and chips. Three slices of excellent ham, crispy chips and a tasty fried egg. All very good. Fast efficient service.

My companion and I waited 45 minutes for our order to arrive, which made my companion very annoyed indeed. We arrived at 11:45 am and were told that only sandwiches were available until 12:15 when proper cooked meals would be served. We were happy to...More

Thank you for your review Nigdee. I am extremely disappointed to hear that you waited so long for your paninis. There is absolutely no excuse for such a delay unless you were advised when you ordered that this would be the wait due to the...More

Visited the Farm Café on route to weekend away. Big bonus dog friendly! We went for breakfast and as we sat down one of the waitresses came and apologised saying there had been an unexpected large party arrive and there would be a delay. It...More

Thank you for your comments. The tables are wiped clean between customers as you would expect and any stains that appear on the wooden surfaces during the course of the day are cleaned off (with bleach if necessary) at the end of every day. The...More

Thank you for your review H1a2015. As you have rightly pointed out, we are not a fast food type of place. Everything you order is freshly cooked by the kitchen which mostly accounts for the wait. During busy times such as weekend and bank holiday...More

Had a lovely breakfast here, quite pricey especially if you add items but the quality was first class. Was absolutely packed when we visited so must be good!
