Dived in for a quick lunch and was really impressed with the friendly & attentive service. Very happy with our pasta & pizza choices. Pizzas were excellent, with light tasty bases, not too crisp, not too soggy. Would happily return.

I visited here on Wednesday 13th September and the food here was gorgeous, tasty and well presented. It was very well priced for what you got so I would definitely go back! The restaurant itself is well decorated, good for all occasions.

This was a last minute booking for us and I'm glad we did book as they were turning people away without reservations when we got there. The food was plentiful and very tasty. There wasn't a massive wait for food considering how busy they were...More

Lee was a fantastic host from start to finish. He made me feel so special on my 21st birthday. Accommodated our every need with a smile and incredible service. Thank you very much Gusto!

I visited on my own as I was away on business. The staff made me feel welcome and chatted to me for a while. My waiter recommended a chicken dish for dinner and told me to add some pesto mash if I wanted filling up!...More

Most people wear smart clothes but it's not strict. We went on a sunny afternoon and I wore smart shorts and a t shirt and I didn't feel out of place.

As if the Gateshead Millennium Bridge and the Baltic Art Gallery weren't enough reason to visit Newcastle's Quayside, there is also Gusto. Make the most of those sunshine days on the beautiful terrace, and when the evening (or the clouds) draw in, step inside the large, lively bar - with a superb choice of wines and cocktails. Add a 200-year-old olive tree, sprinkled in fairy lights, and Gusto Newcastle makes any day magical.
