I have always loved quilliam brothers for their food quality and reasonable prices. Today’s experience however was bad. As seen in the attached photo, the roast potatoes were minimally roasted as seen by its amount of browning on its skin. Besides that, the hot stottie...More

I visited with my wife during the holiday. All staffs were present and offered great help to us as my wife was disabled at the time. Great food with hot soup. All in all, excellent and must be returned.

The best place to have tea, breakfast or lunch, or just snack. Love the different choices of tea and the staff are all so lovely and friendly. Basically you can't go wrong with QB. Always my top choice that's for sure.

Lovely little shop, and blissfully close to Newcastle Uni campus. Really nicely decorated, with a warm friendly atmosphere, and a really great selection of cakes and food. The highlight has to be the tea though, of course; the selection is magnificent. Absolutely love coming here,...More

First visit. Very busy so had to wait about 5-10 minutes for a table. Friendly staff, plus the tea, coffee and (carrot) cake we had was very good. Not far from the main shopping street and quite near the theatre and galleries, so a decent...More

We popped in here for tea/coffee and cake after visiting the Great North Museum. It's a cute little place which seems very popular as while we were there, there were people waiting for tables almost the entire time. Don't let this put you off though...More

My friends who study at Newcastle University took me here to try out some of the teas and grab some lunch. I tried the apple crumble and cream tea, the veggie ramen and the baked vanilla cheesecake. They were all really tasty and quite reasonably...More

I've lived in this city for a year and have visited QB several times. It's busy and rightly so as the food is great. However, the service is patchy and on occasion, rather poor and distasteful. On my latest visit, I waited 20 mins for...More

Hi John. Sorry, but I'm not certain if dogs are allowed. However, there is a freewheeling atmosphere, so they may do.
