Had gorgeous champagne afternoon tea here with my mum. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and the afternoon tea in itself had a brilliant range of sweet treats, wraps and mini burgers. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I enjoyed champagne afternoon tea here. It was very expensive and there was not much champagne, however the selection of cakes and sandwiches was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and the views of the Tyne were lovely.

Attended the Brasserie on two of the three nights stay. We were waited in by Don who has to be one of the best Waiters I've ever been served by. His humour and local knowledge were second to none. The food was exceptional and can't wait to return

Arranged a private dining meal as a surprise party for 15. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The events planner arranged everything how we wanted. Our waiter was an absolute star, made sure we had everything we needed. The preordered meals were served timely and tasted fabulous lots of additional vegetables and sauces. Will definitely be returning to brasserie.

We have visited this restaurant many times but this time we took a couple who had never been before. They were amazed at the friendliness of the staff especially Emma our waitress. They both enjoyed the food and said that like us they would visit again.
