Why cant more pubs be like this?! A small pub with a number of 'snugs' offering a range of real ales and 'English classic' food, cooked largely freshly to order. Sausage and mash, beef pie, scampi all steaming hot, tasty with real veg. Recommended.
Great people, beer and atmosphere. The food is freshly made and has the best selection of ales and cider in the town centre. This pub gets a good mix of people so theres never a dull moment. The Old Rosie cider will send you to oblivion!
