Visited this Wetherspoon on a trip to Coventry. It is a stunning building located in the "square" at the City Hall. It a quite Impressive from the outside and really nice bar on the inside. I recommend this Wetherspoon if you are Coventry bound. Just around the corner from the Cathedral and Guildhall it is well worth a visit.

Phillip Hammond's budget places 2p on a pint of beer starting in 5 days time....nevertheless, on day the of budget you increase 6p....irony given your bosses view that tax is killing the pub industry! Shame on the decision maker here....unneeded unwarranted...and clear the extra 4p a pint is not being used for more staff....ridiculously long queues for drinks...

As above. Chips cold. Had a mixed grill couldn't differentiate between the meat as it had no taste whatsoever. Won't be going back.

Chips were cold, mixed grill tasted poor, no check to see if our meals were ok and plates were not cleared after we had finished- we sat at our table for another hour after we had finished eating.

Called in for a lunchtime pint and was served by Stacey Morris. She was on the case as soon as I got to the bar and was looking out to see if I wanted another one. I have never been looked after better!

A good quality "Wetherspoons" pub and restaurant in the town centre. Reasonable prices and the menu is available throughout the day. Service is quite quick and delivery of food is good too. Generally well-prepared food

This Wetherspoon pub is split over two floors, a bar/ dinning areas on the ground floor and a large dinning area on the first floor. We have a large entrance allowing ease of access. We provide a relaxed environment and are welcoming to everyone including families.

Our name is taken from Leofric, Earl of Mercia, who founded St Mary's Priory, Coventry's first cathedral. A larger-than-life statue of Leofric and his wife, Countess Godiva, can be seen above the main entrance to the council house, opposite this pub.
