Nice food. Service ok but the waitress did not speak good English so my salad was not how I had ordered it. Toilets need a good clean and there was leftover food on our table. Would go back for tasty food as this place is cheap, authentic and no frills so I can accept the flaws.

Very well cooked, excellent texture, interesting bouquet of subtle flavours. Very helpful personnel guided me as a novice to Persian.

Although the restaurant is not appealing at first sight it worst getting in and have a wonderful meal full of flavor. Bread (iranian style) is prepared in front of you, starters are excellent and the specialty Deezi Makhsoosis cooked slowly for hours is very good as well. For those who are mad of rice, try the saffron rice served with... More

Not the fastest service, but great food. Fantastic starters - hummus etc - but the main courses were the star. Grills were popular with others in the party, but I had a lamb stew. Really nice. The saffron tea is special.

Ate here on a Saturday night with family. It really did feel like eating in the front room of a family home complete with an interesting array of pictures and ornaments. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with an attentive but no rush service. The breads were fantastic and light with a selection of dips full of flavour and obviously... More

This is such a nice place and always has been . What to say ? Yes the kebabs are tender and juicy , the rice served with butter and saffron , the unleavened bread huge and puffy (but eat it soon) . The more unusual dishes are the meat and vegetable stews - khoresht ? which are well worth a... More

Liked this little escape to Persia in Northern Leeds - style a little kitsch but authentic and liked it. Lovely service. Great value. We enjoyed our kebabs, hummous and interesting sweets and tea. Informal - we enjoyed and would return. You can park right outside as long as not busy.

The kebabs are full of flavor and tender, just found the rest of food a little disappointing. However, cracking price, friendly staff and easy to park.

There's no other words, the food here is fantastic. All cooked fresh upon order, yes you have to wait about 45 mins for your food to come but it is so worth it. Its a little family run restaurant where yes you may have to go to the counter to ask to place your order but who cares! The take... More

Cannot recommend highly enough for an informal meal with friendly service and authentic Persian food at value for money prices. Try the Deezi Makhsoos Darvish, its a traditional Persian stew with lamb, chickpeas, tomatoes and potato , served with sauce and a home baked naan bread.
