We sat upstairs which was charming. There was an interesting printed history of the building on the table. The menu looked good but we only had... More

We went here with our 4 month old baby for lunch. The staff could not have been nicer and made us feel very welcome. Our cream tea was lovely with plenty of clotted cream and jam. Recommended.

Every few months we go shopping in Salisbury. usually eating here. Good menu with plenty of choice. This time it was a long wait even to get served...had to request a waitress. Jacket potato with very dry lettuce. Obviously not stored properly as we all had the same dry lifeless leaves. The couple next to us arrived and after waiting... More

We decided to go here as they did my husband's favourite sandwich, looking at the menu there wasn't much i fancied so I tried one of the specials a fish finger sandwich. It was disgusting the fish fingers were cheap value ones they were soggy. Luckily I ordered fries so I just ate them. It was an expensive lesson to learn... More

Dropped in mid morning on a cold wet Tuesday for Tea and an Almond Croissant. Service was fairly prompt despite the problems the waitress appeared to be having with her ipad for taking the order. I think it took her longer to resolve that issue than serve the tea. The tea was a generous pot for one and the croissant... More

I loved it here - living in Salisbury for years I have never been so thought it was about time we did. We went for an early dinner and it was lovely and run by a family business and on their most busy day of the year they were still friendly. The food menu was simple but tasty and home... More

My husband and I visited for lunch yesterday afternoon. We were greeted with a young man shouting at us over the counter, wanting to know how many people were to be seated. We were then ushered to one table, within five minutes of us sitting down, he then asked us to move to another table just in case a large... More

Stopped for lunch with my husband, unfortunately due to being let down by the chef we had to wait a long time for our order. While waiting we were entertained!!! by a very loud lady on the table next to us who by the end of our lunch we felt we knew her entire family. When our order arrived it... More

searched for somewhere to get a beer and sandwich at lunchtime and this place came up trumps. Freshly made sandwich, reasonable choice of beers, finished off with an excellent espresso and delicious carrot cake. Very pleasant staff as well.
