We have always loved coming to Reeve the Baker for lunch. Their food is always really lovely. However we always have to wait an age and today was probably the worst. Over half an hour. Hubby and I got through two cups of tea each and still no sign of our lunch. Took over 30 mins for our delicious meal... More

We ordered - we waited and (yes you got it) we waited. Sue & the young assistant need to consider alternative career paths or in the case of Sue retire. All around us Peeps were getting agitated, what is so hard with 2 coffees and 2 buns. It takes a lot for my wife to walk, but she did. We... More

Beautiful bread of all types. Cakes galore and sweet things in abundance. As for the pastries, look and feel the saliva stirring.

I love cornish pasty but was definitely underwhelmed by this effort - I can only describe it as greasy, filled with what looked like dog sick - tasted mainly of pepper with disappointing pastry.

We ordered coffee and cakes. The coffee arrived after about 10 mins and were like warm. The restaurant was quiet so they weren't rushed off their feet. After another 10 mins our cakes arrived the cakes were fine but by then we had drunk our coffee. Then another wait to pay the bill. The seating was fine not selflessly clean... More

Myself and my partner decided that we would visit Reeves rather than one of the main brands (Costa or Starbucks) for a coffee. We decided that we would have two regular sized coffees, however were left extremely disappointed that the size of the coffees were tiny and wouldn't even warrant the size of "small" in most places. We then thought... More

I visited Reeves yesterday on a visit to Salisbury with my mum. We have eaten here in the past & never had a problem - not so yesterday! We arrived about 1.20 for lunch & there were 4 people ahead of us, queuing on the stairs, but we were happy to wait. Eventually 1 couple were shown to a table;... More

Visited on 7january for lunch. It was busy so had to queue on stairs, eventually seated, after the couple in front of us left in disgust. Requested the vacant window seat, abruptly told we would have to wait again for the table to be cleared, so stayed where we were on a wet table & chairs. There were empty tables in... More
