As regular visitors to Windsor, it was great to find a pub like this. Food was great, we had the beef nachos to share with the hot chicken wings on the side. Really lovely. Drinks were also fine. Garden is great and staff were friendly...More

A proper local pub with proper pub grub. If you want a relaxed, unpretentious night down the pub with good food, this is the place to check out. The food is huge in portion and not designed to look fancy but taste great. With most...More

Hi Speaking to the staff who were on shift, it sounds as though your friend was very aggressive at the time, challenging my staff to “step outside”- there was no mention of a disability, and threats made physically so I have to say I am...More

I selected this pub via Trip Advisor when we visited a function at the Windsor Race Course. Set within a residential area we rather wondered what we would find. A typical 'pub' with a large rear garden under the flight path into Heathrow. It was...More

Description
You'll find The Alma just 5 minutes walk from Windsor town centre tucked away on a charming Victorian red brick terraced lined street. We are a traditional English pub serving a range of beers, ales, fine wines and great food... We also have the largest beer garden in Windsor which has recently been given a real polish, great for those hot summer days and evenings! We are conveniently located for Heathrow, the M4 and the M25. The Alma is full of antiques and collectable's including: furniture, paintings, pictures, mirrors, ceramics and interesting knick-knacks We also have a collection of rare film posters and are constantly adding interesting and unusual items. It's like pubs used to be and, in our opinion, should be.
