I have visited this establishment on many occasions, I recently went for a carvery, the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is good and good value for money. On this occasion we only had a carvery as we wanted a quick meal before a meeting but we have eaten from the extensive menu on many occasions... More

I go back a very long way with the Round of Gras and over the years it has had mixed fortunes from what I think was the golden years between 1980 and late 90's now it is a dump. we arrived early lunch and sat in the bar area, the seats are ripped and falling apart with springs showing. The... More

Been here twice recently and opted for the carvery. There is a larger alternative for an additional £2 for which you get a larger plate a more generous portion of the meartrs and of course all the veg you want. Meat and all the veg cooked well and excellent value for money. Try in the week when it is quieter.

Visited for a sunday lunch, excellent value,3 meats to choose from, excellent selection of vegetables that were quickly replaced as they went down. Gluten free gravy and yorkshire pudding. Very friendly and helpful staff. You need to book.

Not a bad place, carvery is pretty average but decent! Pub could do with a bit of updating but on the whole a pleasant experience. Will return.

We love this place and lots of choice on the menu for people requiring gf - including desserts. Their carvery on a Sunday is always good and reasonably priced but make sure to book as it gets busy.

We have eaten at this pub on quite a few occasions in recent years. There is always a friendly welcome and good customer service. In the past the food has been excellent in terms of quality and quantity. Sadly on this occassion the food was not as good as the previous visits. Lasagne served in a bowl accompanied with just...
