Nice enough lunch for 2 of us £14. Staff very polite & affable. Ideallly situated in main street in Ross. Quick service at lunch time on a Friday in quite a busy town.

I have visited here many a Sunday and have never been disappointed. The pies are incredible, the staff are friendly and they have a wide range of draft beers and ales. Would recommend to anyone fancying nice comfort food in a decent setting.

Delicious variety of pies with a choice of mash and peas. Wonderful comfort food on a cold Sunday lunchtime. Fabulous historic building with warm fires and friendly service.

Beer not bad ... food good but a bit slow on service .. think this was only due to training a new member of bar staff ... but otherwise recommend the trio of pork ... more Gravy next time please
