Classic diner situated along the high street serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, bakery items, etc. Fun, comforting food for travelers and the setting has it's charm. Wait staff was attentive and friendly, and overall you can't go wrong with this place.

We 'dicovered' Luigi's a few years ago whilst visiting one of the local markets. There is a fantastic choice, & frankly, everyone of the dishes we've sampled has been excellent. I believe it to be family run, & the staff are super, the waitress we usually see, is very polite, and a good sense of humour...I discovered last week, She... More

On a visit to the Wednesday Abergavenny Flea Market we looked for a lunch time break and virtualy opposite the market was Luigi's. The cafe is excellent - clean, attentive service, wonderful specials and the sausage casserole is to die for. Amazing sweet trolley and all for £20 ( 2 mains,2 sweets and 2 teas)

This is on the upper part of the High Street. Needed light lunch late on a Sunday. Pleasant efficient waitress, good menu. A modern style with benched tables (only criticism is that it was bit of a tight squeeze). As It was well after 2 I asked about lunch and she immediately said not the roast Sunday as that has... We've visited Abergavenny many times but on this trip our usual lunchtime café was closed so we walked across the road to Luigi's Café. We were warmly welcomed and we all chose the same Italian Tagliatelle Carbonara with salad. This arrived perfectly cooked and really delicious after our shopping expedition across the town! We'd recommend Luigi's for their brilliant service... More

As usual great service, and great food. It's almost like being at home when you go to Luigi's Cafe, the waitress even remembers what we tend to have! It's the only place we go that everyone is satisfied by their food!

We stopped in Abergavenny to break up a long drive and nipped in here for a late lunch. It's ok, I'd go there again if passing through. The menu was a tad boring, you'll be fine if you like chips! the food arrived very quickly and tasted good. I really didn't like the kitchen window being wide open on to... More
