For the 'best restaurant in north wales' it was rather a let down. The food was tasty (but needed refining) and the staff friendly, but not the most professional. Our steak orders were written down wrong, and even after it was corrected we were still...More

Hi Ananda. On a Sunday chef cooks three joints of beef. One rare, one medium and one well done. Hope this helps? Louise

The Aberconwy Resort and Spa on the north coast of Wales is a seaside retreat which boasts its very own gourmet restaurant. Signatures is a swanky affair – and its slate walls, vanilla leather chairs and chi-chi chandeliers are the perfect backdrop for relaxed nights out with friends and family. The restaurant has a theatre-style kitchen run by Executive Chef Jimmy Williams, and the modern British menu at Signatures includes a variety of Welsh classics including the duo of lamb with creamed leeks, pancetta and potato gratin, and the Welsh cheese platter. Locals also love the chorizo and spring onion risotto with chive oil, and the restaurant's excellent selection of fine wines.
