Third time we've stopped off here, usually for a break after a long journey for a drink and rest. Saw the carvery and decided to eat here. Large portions and reasonably priced for the area. Staff are attentive, surroundings nice and parking which is a big plus here.

Great food and generous portions from the carvery, very tasty and attended to by friendly courteous staff. The creme brulé is to die for, best i can remember having anywhere Thoroughly recommended. Only downside, we were travelling in our motorhome and parked on the more spacious carpark to the right of the hotel (still owned by hotel) and incurred a... More

Visited twice whilst staying in Betws-y-Coed. First was slightly disappointing as we both had the burgers, which were very salty. told staff (mainly young females), but they said ok with nothing else. had pizza the second time, which was lovely. Very good choice of food, deserts a little pricey for what you get. We spent about £38 for 2 people,... More

The food was really good. So good that we went twice! The portions are rather large and the service was fast. The price was very reasonable, a must visit when in the region.

You are immediately struck by the smart decor & then by the prompt attention by staff & shown to a spotless table, nicely laid, menu of the day & full menu turned up in a whisker of time & order for drinks taken & very quickly before us. Sensibly priced offerings did not disappoint & the 'serviice' was impeccable.

Great service. My girlfriend is allergic to onions and they were happy to cook it without for her. Had 2 fantastic steaks and a good bottle of wine. Can't ask for more. Staff were great :-)

I brought my mother and stepfather here to celebrate Mothers Day. The food, as asual, was amazing! An excellent choice of meats, fresh ingredients and food in abundance. All the staff are friendly and can't do enough to make your meal memorable. Thank you all. Big shout out to chef Garreth. The vegetable dish you prepared was awesome!!

We had an amazing meal after winning the Valentine's Day competition. The food was great, as was the service. Will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

We stayed for 1 night after the Betws trail race and it was great. We were allowed to check in early which was fantastic. The staff here are all lovely and always go out of their way to help. The lodge rooms are brilliant for families and very nice. The pool and and spa are a great bonus to have... More
