Both my wife and myself are keen walkers and one of the many reasons why we visited the area was to tick off walking up mount Snowdon which we did. The padarn hotel is ideally situated for many outdoor activities. To start on the positives...More

We went to the Padarn lake last Tuesday for a meal. It was good value. My guests, German family and friend, tried the fish and chips and were complimenting the sauce. My daughter had had the childs chiken nuggets. All very friendly, clean and accommodating.

We recently stayed at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, clean and modern with everything you would need. Breakfast was out of this world and a bargain price. Even the evening meal was very reasonably priced but still delicious. Staff...More

On a short trip to Llanberis my wife and I ended up eating here over the course of our stay. We found the food good and the staff friendly and helpful, it was also excellent value.

Ate here after a long slog up and down Snowdon! The bistro was busy, but the waitresses were attentive, plenty of food choices, reasonable prices and arrived in good time. No problems. The only thing I am not too keen on is dogs in eating...More

A fairly standard pub menu - there was some vegetarian options. The food was ok, decent portions, but uninspiring. Service was good on a busy night.

We ate here the day before my friends wedding and it was great. A welcoming and friendly atmosphere, reasonably priced, a fantastic gin selection and really good quality napkins! I had the salmon linguine, it was really tasty, creamy and full of flavour. I would...More

Visited on the last night of our snowdonia visit as it had been recommended. Menu could do with more choices/variety but food and portion size was good and at competitive prices. Staff were polite and service good.

We stopped off here for a pint to catch up on the football results. There is a room off to the side with at least 4 TVs so you can catch up on some sport. No real comforts in here, but it serves a purpose....More

We have a 100 cover restaurant in three rooms with a friendly, homely atmosphere. There is a Garden room with views of the mountains and lake, our copper bar room with a film theme that includes posters of the famous films that have been filmed in the Llanberis area. The boathouse room has a variety of seating including some cosy booths and the flexibility to cater for individuals through to larger groups.
