Stayed here on a North to South cycle trip. The rooms are clean, fresh and comfortable. Evening meals and breakfast superb. Family run pub that provides a friendly warm welcome at very reasonable rates!

We stayed across the road from this Inn and ate there on 3 different occasions. The food was excellent and very well priced ( an up market pub grub). We found the staff and locals very friendly. Worth visiting when in Brecon.

Description
The Clarence Inn is a "Pub that does food!"
Our aim is to provide quality food and drink in a pleasant and friendly environment, with the attraction of a large beer garden with real grass and occasional sunshine. Home cooked Sunday lunches are extremely popular so booking is advisable. And cooking your own steak on one of our super heated rocks is definitely worth a try.
