Went as a family, warned there would be 30 mins wait for food. An hour later starters arrived, 1 hour 10 mins later, my sons meal arrived. He finished his meal as my daughters meal arrived. No sign of our adult main courses after 1 hour 15. Staff unhelpful and unapologetic. Won't be returning, disappointed our family meal was ruined.

Food is expensive for what it is, had a mediocre burger that was overcooked and almost £14. The food was very slow to come even though the place was only half full at best. I do not recommend

Great menu. Good selection on the childrens menu (not just something and chips). My children loved the pasta dishes and even my dairy free daughter had a choice of meals. Good family atmosphere, quick and attentive service.

This establisment advertises unlimited hot drinks with breakfast... What it should say is we don't clean our mugs properly - I had lipstick marks all over mine! I sent this back straight away. Secondly we had more than one hot drink the waitress clearly was put out and made a snide remark about us having one too many hot drinks!... More

Chose to visit Frankie&Benny's today and it was by far the worst decision. We got seated with a table, ordered drinks which then took over 20 mins to come. After not receiving our drinks after almost half an hour we also questioned whether we were able to give our order of food. Food then took an HOUR to come and... More

Currently sat in the restaurant, waited 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken, then a further 20 minutes to put our food order in/ drinks brought to the table. Now this would be excusable if it was busy, but there are 20 people if not less currently sat here, and most diners are only having a drink. Our... More

What is the problem with training servers to serve at table, and kitchen staff to cook the right orders within a sensible time frame. This place is the last on my list of go to but traffic jam meant eat there or not eat - wish I had chosen the last. It is never full, it always has enough staff... More

Went with grandkids had a lovely meal served by friendly staff, and piping hot food. Would highly recommend for families especially if it's a birthday they make a fuss of you.

Met with some friends for an early tea. Food was nice enough but a long wait for food.... about 45 minutes in a not so busy restaurant. I had ribs with herb potatoes which were yummy.

Thank Andrea E
