Friendly service, excellent food, 'Italian' style, comfortable, not the cheapest in the area but one of the better.

Absolutely lovely meal ! My first visit after a long time , the restaurant has upped its game with the presentation and more importantly the dishes on the menu. Blown away with the quality .

Six of us (all family) had a sort of reunion meal here. It was lovely to have a quiet relaxing area to sit and wait for everyone to arrive and enjoy a drink before going to our table. The place was spotless and the atmosphere very relaxing and comfortable. Three of us chose a three-course meal from the "Flyer" menu,... More

I've been coming here for years, and the food is as good as ever. Nice quality and presentation. The 'Flying all night' menu is ~£21 each for 2 courses so not cheap for chicken, pork dishes (extra for lamb). The restaurant is a quirky layout with an old train carriage at one end. Being ultra critical, these are the things... More

Our most recent visit was for Sunday lunch. The menu would satisfy both those who wanted a traditional Sunday lunch and those who wanted something different. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was as near perfect as you are ever likely to get - friendly, timely, efficient.

Had a very pleasant evening here food is absolutely beautiful lovely atmosphere, decor and great staff. Service was excellent not rushed or intrusive, and not over priced. My partner and I opted for the 3 course special menu and enjoyed our choices very much, would definitely recommend it and will most certainly be returning.

Visited on a BH Monday with six family members. The group had a variety of starters and mains selected from the Flyer menu. Each was delicious with the selection of sides plentiful and tasty. Service was excellent throughout and the ability to decide on choices while having a pre meal drink is relaxing and adds to the ambience. The decor... More

Our family booked a table for 7 here, last night (May 5th '17). We were able to sit at a table close to the bar and order drinks and consider the extensive menu, all at a casual pace with no pressure from the staff. We ordered our starters and mains whilst sitting here and were later called to our table... More
