Managed to get a table at quite short notice which we were pleased about as had been recommended a visit by friends. Staff very helpful and friendly prices reasonable and food very good. Hope to return.

We had to wait across the road in the rather scratty covered smoking/ drinking seating area before our table became available and getting pre-prandial drinks proved abortive. Luckily we were soon called over and enjoyed the day's half-lobster special. Would definitely visit again.

Well worth a visit, friendly staff with good choice of food and drink. Booking was essential on this very sunny day.

We called to the mourne seafood restaurant last week for lunch. There is usually a long queue but we were in luck and found a table straight away. Great selection of seafood, I had the crab tagliatelle and hubby the seafood casserole, both were lovely....More

We could not get a table first time we tried but managed a six o'clock dinner following night. Great atmosphere . We both opted for the chowder to start and then seafood casserole . So much variety of fish in the casserole and beautifully cooked....More

Very good seafood restaurant in the centre of Belfast. Food and service was excellent. Staff are attentive and have a good knowledge of the menu. Busy place so book in advance for dinner.

After reading the reviews, and being seafood lovers, we had to eat at Mourne Seafood Bar. We could have eaten everything on the menu. Our meals and appies were delicious with the seafood cooked to perfection. Between us we had the mussels, langostinas, squid, prawn...More

I agree with Ana about the lack of dress code. I don't know about the cod. Once we saw the mussels our minds were made up.... Greg
