We came here for lunch.I have eaten in many places but this was the best.The room itself is magnificent , quite stunning , the service was impeccable and the food was top class.And it was all at a reasonable price.What a real treasure.

Yip 2:30 is correct. They then start to prepare for dinner, where I can recommend the tasting menu

I would imagine not as it would be a busy period. However a call to the Merchant would let you know.

Anything goes within reason but it adds to the atmosphere when you are dressed 'smart casual'.
