We had a lovely pot of tea - enough for two cups each. The millionaires shortbread was delicious, as was the ginger crunch. Just what we needed after a walk up the Ben

Saw this on the way to our holiday accommodation and returned the next day and weren't disappointed. Very friendly and welcoming staff sat us at 2 tables to adhere to the covid restrictiions as we were 2 families - kids sat at 1 table allowing...the grown ups to chat and we gave our details for track and trace. The milkshakes were really yummy (kids were a bit on the small side is my only thought) and the home baking was lovely too, especially the flapjack, tiffin and scone. Would definitely pop in again if passing in future visits and hopefully the bookshop will be reopened by then (closed due to the pandemic)More

We were pleasantly surprised to find the cafe open as we thought it would be closed due to the pandemic. At the moment it is open 10.00-4.00 Wednesday to Sunday. Met with friendly staff who guided us to an outside table (as we had our...dog with us). Soup and toasties served fairly promptly. Soup was lovely and creamy with the toasties well filled. We have used this cafe when in the area and have never been disappointed! Hand sanitizer available on entry and served safely maintaining social distancing measures. Staff wore masks at all times and served your order to small tables for you to uplift and take to your own table. Enjoyed an unexpected lunch!More

Having arrived at this place we were quickly met by a member of staff and taken to a table, service was fairly quick but was disappointed that only scones and cake were on the menu . Enough tea for both of us to have a...second cup however, then ended with contactless payment, seems to be the standard in many places now. £8:30 for a pot of tea, a cake and a scone, summing up it was ok but definitely wouldn't rush back, also noticed they were hurriedly putting away outside tables and chairs just after 4pm so it's a case of getting in before that time .More

I've no idea how many times we have been here for coffee/lunch/tea/pizza! Can't bear to drive or cycle past without stopping off here. All the food is good but the raspberry scones and the tiffin are just wonderful. But at the moment, one of the...best things about the cafe is how much care they take to keep everyone safe.More

Myself and my boyfriend attempted to come here for a coffee a couple of weeks ago, after receiving directions and driving all the way back from the beach. We arrived at 4.3O and knew it was open until 5 - which was also clearly stated...on the blackboard outside. There were plenty of empty tables and the small group in front were being seated by the waitress when the owner appeared and gruffly informed us it was closed and started to walk away. The polite way to do this, in most establishments on planet earth, is obviously to offer a slight ‘sorry’ or short explanation to convey some empathy and basic manners. We had, after all, specifically driven there, within the specified opening time, and stood in the queue for 5 minutes. As he was walking away my boyfriend offered that we only wanted coffee. The owner continued to walk on and told us to get it from the coffee machine at the convenience shop across the road. Charming! We were left upset and angry at his rude dismissal of us. He left us feeling like a pair of mugs and spoiled our day! As the only coffee shop in the area, he obviously makes way too much money and, therefore, doesn’t feel the need to show courtesy or have respect for people. We are both Lochaber locals and this kind of behaviour is embarrassing for the reputation of people from here as well as damaging to the hospitality industry. Just a heads up really - he doesn’t deserve your money.More

Visited this amazing cafe everyday whether for their takeaway “best milkshakes EVER” for the kids, a cuppa and cake for the adults and lunch sitting outside with our doggie too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was just delicious. All Covid-19 regulations...followed and we all thought the staff were just AMAZING :-) Also pre-ordered pizzas one evening and goodness they were just spectacular 😋 Thanks Guys xMore

Excellent stop on the cycle path, raspberry scone was delicious, as was the coffee. Menu included home made pizzas ciabattas scampi chips, and the chips are cooked on their own which means coeliacs can have then too! Check opening hours when open at the tail...end of the week.More

Dogs aren’t allowed inside the cafe but they are welcome in the seating area outside, which is mostly covered and has a nice taverna type feel on a sunny day.
